Scope

These terms cover personal tools and services operated by Lucian Daniliuc on daniliuc.com and its subdomains (including mcp-google.daniliuc.com).

These services are personal, single-operator tools. They are not offered to the public. There is no sign-up, no user accounts for third parties, and no commercial agreement implied by visiting any related URL.

Use

Use of any operator-only endpoint by anyone other than the operator is unauthorized. Public pages on daniliuc.com are provided for reading; copying or redistribution beyond fair use requires permission.

AI agent

Some actions performed on these services are carried out by an AI agent (“Ezri”, a Claude-based assistant) acting on the operator’s behalf. The agent’s outputs reflect the operator’s instructions and the underlying model’s behavior; they should not be relied upon as authoritative legal, medical, or financial advice.

Third-party services

These services depend on third parties whose terms apply in addition to these terms:

• Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Anthropic’s Usage Policies for the underlying Claude model.

No warranty

The services are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The operator makes no guarantees about availability, correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of these services.

Changes

These terms may change as the services evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the Last updated date at the top of this page.
